Production and shipping

Every item is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days. Shipping time is added after that and depends on where you live. Delivery times are estimates. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

US shipping rates

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and you see the exact amount before you pay. Most single items ship for about $4.49 to $9. Items are printed and packed separately, so an order with more than one item can ship in more than one package, each with its own shipping charge.

Returns

Because every item is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size information on the product page before you order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, or tracking stops moving, contact us and we will look into it.
